Applications problem.

I seem to be having a very strange problem for which I could not even found a thread about in this forum so had to make a new one.
The thing is that I use WAP and Wifi to use applications like Whatsapp, Facebook Messenger, Twitter etc and every now and then the applications stop sending/receiving either WAP or Wifi and i have to hard reboot my phone to make it work again.
What is the problem here? Anyone?

The only thing I can think of is, have u tried reinstalling the OS?
