Another cnn.cn / sw-box.com thread...
So I ordered the following from each:
Matte black bezel
Quality of individual parts was really good. Top cover not attached well, and speaker mesh was not on straight. The top cover itself looks like actual OEM.
Matte black bezel and carbon look battery door
Quality: Brutal. Battery door is crap. Top cover attached horribly. Huge gaps at top. Just seems to be painted completely.
I've emailed both hoping for replacements. It will be expensive for me to send everything back. Hopefully I won't have to. I would prefer a refund, but doubt that will happen. I spent ~$50 on crap.
Edit: Added pics of the stuff from sw-box. There is a huge gap at the top of the bezel and top cover. The battery cover as you can see has glue or whatever on it. Not placed well. Don't buy stuff from them. They want me to send the crap back for replacements. I'd have to pay for shipping and pay for the new stuff to get sent. I will never buy anything from them again.
The reason I haven't posted a pic of the cnn stuff is because the quality of the individual parts is top notch. Just the assembly of them is a little off. They have replied asking for a pic and then would send off a replacement. Much better customer service. I'm hopeful that the issue with cnn will work out well.

I ordered my brown housing kit from sw-box. It lasted for about 2 weeks than the paint started chipping and the gaps got bigger and the keys starting creaking. I put my original hosuing back on. Ill just keep it original.

Well I don't expect all products to be perfect. However, sw-box should really back their product up and send me a new one. It costs them pennies to make compared to what they charge. cnn is sending me a new one. Their nickel.
sw-box FTMFL. I will never order anything from them ever again. If their service was better I'd still order from them, cause I would know that they'd back their products up.
