Angry ALT on all the time
on my bb the 'ALT' is on all the time in the top right,
i can still press the alt button but still does nothing, i cannot use the phone at all with it,
the only way i can select stuff or move is to lock the phone then unlock it and quickly move on the track-pad once at a time.

reload OS, this should solve software issues. Otherwise you might have a faulty keyboard

yeah i have done that Matts41, and done the phone wipe, just trying to look for the lead to the pc so i can reload the OS
