I'm having brain fade. Can someone please remind me how to increase the volume on email and SMS audio alerts for the 9700?

Go to your sounds profile then scroll down to edit profile then select the ones you want from the messages category

Ermmm click on the profile button...scroll down to edit profiles...choose which profile you want editting then click on the email or sms tab and in there you can choose from the drop down box as to what volume you want.
