    Default admins please remove - problem solved

    i have had 3 eamil account on my device for ages, i added another today and as soon as it was confirmed my other 3 previous account were deleted

    i went to re add them using the normal 'email setup' method as i have always used.

    but when i enter the email address and the the password, it processes for a moment then returns an "update failed" message.

    how do i get my previous accounts to reinstall?

    How many email accounts are included with yours BIS plan? For example I have 1 exchange and 10 web-based... Also are you trying to activate 3 web based emails, or 3 exchange accounts?
