9700 Not working properly

Hello I just got a blackberry 9700, it is used and original from AT&T. I got it unlocked and connected it to T-mobile. The problem I am having is with BBM, updating it, and it doesn't work on App world.



The problem with BBM is it doesn't show all in Menu, for example I can't change my icon, I can't see icon's, and I can't view my profile.

I can't see apps on phone or nothing, Someone please help I think I need to update software's or something

Do you have a blackberry data plan?
Have you tried updating the OS on it?
