9700 is not detected on the DM and PC, but it's charging ....

It's an old 9700 my wife has (she's using Bellagio as for now)
Before it's being hospitalized, it can be charged and detected on the PC and DM, but you have to twist the usb cable head here and there a bit until you find the right position.

It's more hardware issue rather than software.

The technician said that it doesn't have enough power on the something to be detected on the PC?
I don't really get what he said.

Anyone had the same issue like mine?

2 things can be at fault here, either the hardware is damaged or your usb cable is defective.I have a usb cable with the same problem and when i switched it it has worked perfectly..

I tried 4 different USB cable and still no luck, so it's the hardware.
Do you know what kind of hardware issue is related to this kind of problem?
Tech said the USB port is separated from the rest when it's opened.

Bring it to a repair shop, the USB port's soldiering has become loose.

Yea just do as @RootBrain says, your gonna need a Technician to Solder the Usb Port back onto the circuit board.
