When i open up a BB contact and view the persons details my BB gets stuck and won't let me leave that profile. i've updated to newest software, done 2 wipes 1 with and without the battery and still nothing, if i don't go all the way into the details of someone i can always exit but once i go into profile to change details such as someones name i want shown different i can not exit that screen. i can exit out of bb messenger but when i re open it only goes to that persons profile
