in BGR I saw the 9700 review part 2 and its sporting 5.0.0.330 os and platform 5.1.0.91 There is a photo as well.

No it comes with BBM 4.7, but you could go to the App Store and get the 5.0 version, works great...

I just picked up the Telus 9700 today, and it looks as if it is running the .344 build, straight out of the box.

can anyone else upload this somewhere to download, my 9700 is on a restarting loop (Bricked?) for some reason, and i didn't even play with the OS
