2 weeks with my 9700 and...

im addicted! This is my first smartphone and i dont know why it took me so long, i mean this is amazing. I could never go back to a basic razr type phone which i had.

Welcome...9700 is the best BB to date and in many people's opinion (including mine) the best smartphone out there right now. I highly suggest checking out the How to forum. Tons of good stuff for new bb users in there.

I have to write this quickly while my bb is in the other room. Send your bb back before it's too late! It will consume you! I don't eat without my bb on my hip. I have a good theme and ringtones, why am I up in the wee hours browsing for more?? I'm constantly looking for accessories I don't need for my bb and last night I dreamed of buying my 9700 a Storm2 with a sassy touchscreen so it won't be lonely. Maybe they will settle down and raise a G1 or something... I don't know.

Save yourself! Buy an iPhone! You might be bored and very unhappy with the product but you will still have a life!

Same here...my old curve broke around 6 months ago and I painfully waited until recently to get another BB until they came up with something that could compete legitly witht he iphone...man what a great idea!! the 9700 is just pure aweomeness...download some essential apps and get some music on there and you are officially unable to get off the damn thing!!

My first smartphone was my 9000 that I bought back in Nov. I've also had my 9700 for about two weeks and love it. So now the wife has the 9000 and we are both happy!!

My bb is never as far as 3 feet of me... Addicted since my first one in 2008. It was a 8100... Love my 9700(got it yesterday, and I can say: it's a beast compared to the Tour!)

I view my 9700 as the most portable netbook ever, with unheard of battery life and internet everywhere. Plus it's a GPS, a portable media player, and someone even told me it makes phone calls!

I just picked up my 9700 on sunday and so far I love it. At first I was not sure of the size (I was going from the 9000) but I have gotten used to it. The battery life, memory, speed....all amazing. The best blackberry in my opinion.

I love it. My wife and son have the G1 but the 9700 has the better screen hands down. I have completed the installation of the BESX connector for my exchange server and tomorrow my new Berry gets it's final test when I connected via BESX.

Since getting the bb ive decided to sell the n1, not because i dont like it. Just because the 3gs and the BB does everything needed. The bolds battery life is fantastic i carnt believe how long it goes even when im leaving beejive running, checking fb, texting etc
