Update Icon??

I have an update icon on my home screen, but there is no updates available to me as per appworld. Is there anywhere else on my phone I should be looking? I have tried hard restarts and icon keeps appearing. I have never had this happen before, so any help is appreciated. Thanks in Advance.

Thanks guys...after doing both (found the update in the messages folder) the icon is now gone. Thanks again.
