    Default Swedish characters not sending right

    I write the right Swedish characters (ex: Å,Ä,Ö,å,ä,ö) in the text to be sent, but once they are sent they turn back in to normal English characters (ex: A,O,a o). Any idea why they are received in English characters and not in Swedish characters? Do I need to download a Swedish language pack or something to make sure they're sent correctly?
