Yes, was already being discussed here. It states Nov 28 as the release date, probably the programmer meant to put it on the 9670 page and not the 9650.

I have a Sprint 9650...I pluged my phone into DM and 706 popped up! I just installed it and it works great so far!

i can confirm the update does show up on desktop manager. I am in the middle of the update right now. Hopefully it really does fix the random reboots, cause I have been through a few replacements already.
