    Default Ring tones converted to protected music

    Every time I re-boot after a program upgrade all of my downloaded ringtones are called "protected music" and I am not allowed to use it as a ring tone. All downloaded ring tones came straight from Crackberry. Any ideas on how to fix this issue?
