replacement lcd screen

being that this phone will be a stop gap until rim actually brings out a qnx or whatever that doesn't seem cheap/have radio issues, I need a replacement lcd screen for this.

Anyone have a place you usually buy it from that isn't pretty much taking lost phones and gutting them for parts? How easy is it to do, and what do you use for tools?

I have about $88 to spend total on this. Hopefully that covers a good screen and a tool kit for it!

tab removers(i used an otterbox card)
t-6 screwdriver, 5.99
screen from ebay or truesupplier or some other site.
