Default Receiving PINs in desktop folder

I have a Blackberry Bold at work. It is currently set up with multiple email accounts including my work email account.

These multiple email accounts can be accessed either through an aggregate application called “messages” or through individual accounts like “desktop,”(which is where my work emails exclusively go) or the personal email accounts I have added to the Blackberry.

The leadership in my workplace also like to use Blackberry PINs to communicate about important matters. These PINs are going into the aggregate message account called “messages” and are getting lost since I don’t really want to access all these mixed message while at work.

Is there a way on the Blackberry Bold to redirect or create a rule to move or copy the PIN messages into my “desktop” account on the handheld?

Thanks.

Did you ever get some help with this issue? I'm also not sure I understand what you are asking. If you still need help could you explain further?

Pin messages are going to end up in your messages inbox. I don't believe they can be separated out if that is what you are asking.

Default Work around fix

The work around was to stop all other email accounts from going in to the "messages" folder. That way the massages folder was only set to receive work (desktop) emails and PINs through the BB.

All my other email accounts can continue to be accesses through their individual folders.

Thanks for checking!
