Profile Sound Issue :(

Hey guys,

Must say, its been awhile since I've been on the crackberry forum but thats just because I haven't been having any problems.

Anyways, just recently I upgraded my phone to OS 6. Big mistake, as it was lagging like a mother. I lasted about 1 hour before downgrading lol. No problem, I really don't care much if I keep OS 5 as it works well for me. I'm currently running 5.0.0.1030 (1675) on my bold 9650. So I downgraded after I had issues with the lagging. The downgrade went smoothly no issues or anything like that, everything was back to normal EXCEPT for the fact that in all my profiles, when I go to edit the ringer for when someone calls, I can't set the count for how many rings, it only lets me change the setting for how many times it vibrates. I have it set to use BB Pro Ringer 4 (I think thats the name) so when somebody now calls me, it only plays that ring once than just continues vibrating without ringing anymore. I know for a fact that my phone used to ring way more than once but I can't remember if the ring count setting was there or not, or if the phone is just set to keep ringing until the voicemail picks it up. I don't know if it matters or not either, but I do have it set to vibrate with ringtone. That was what my phone was set to before the upgrade/downgrade so I doubt that has anything to do with it. Please, any and all help is much appreciated as I find this to be urking me just knowing that when someone calls me I only hear my ringer once but vibrates 10 times. Thanks for your help guys, I have the most confidence someone out there knows the answer to my question cause your all pros on here, **** thats why I and everybody else with a blackberry use this forum.
