Problems with Deleting One Gmail Address

Hi everyone,

First time caller, long time listener. When I attempt to send an email on my Bold 9650, I get my usual contacts, but I also get others, like Citizens Bank, Amazon.com, and other obscure email addresses that I've probably sent one email to. They are not in my Blackberry contacts, and they're not in my Gmail contacts either. Any idea how to delete these one-off, random email addresses?

Messages > Menu button > Options > General Options > "Show Recent Contacts When Composing Email" > No > Save
