I upgraded from the Pearl to the 8330m mostly due to Sprint and the MMS issue. That and the QWERTY keyboard. I was going to upgrade to the Tour, but my friend had one with a bad trackball issue. I love the Tour, but once I heard about the 9650, I knew that was the one I wanted. Man I can't wait!......
Upgrading from a vzw 8330. Got it when they first came out about 2yrs or so ago.
First I was waiting for the Tour 1 and then I found out that the Essex would be coming out soon after and decided to wait it out. The 8330 is a solid device and has served me well. However, its starting to show its age so I won't feel so bad when I do finally upgrade next year.
Same with me - 8330 Curve. I hope that the Essex will be as rock-solid and reliable as my Curve. It is/was a great device to get my feet wet with the BB experience. I am ready for that beautiful screen and trackpad - and the new OS of course.
I guess the BB desktop mgr can transfer everything to the new Tour? Hopefully there will be no issues.
