pissed ready to give up this phone!!!!!!!!!

at work phone was operating fine. get off and it wont open anything on the home screen.
the track thing will not even move stuck on the search option but wont open it. turned phone off and on three times!!!!! finally got the track ball thing to move while pressing the cap button. you know the button with up arrow and the lover and upper case A. will move and highlight things when pushing that button. but still will not open any thing!!!! i can push the talk button and it will make a phone call but will not do anything else help my please!!!!!!!!

Take the battery out, with the phone on. Put it back in a minute later.

Is that a 9630 or 9650?

its a 9650 and i did that all three times i turned it off and took the battery out and the sim card and the data card all of it out and kept it out for a while. i will try doing it with the phone on this time

have had it for a while idk. but i do have insurance.

Did the problem happens before? If so get your phone repaired properly

Sounds like a hardware failure to me. You could try installing a new OS, but you'll most likely need to contact the insurance company for replacement, if it's out of warranty.

The phone hasn't been subject to any moisture, has it? Spill, sweat while carrying it, or maybe a drop to the ground.
