Percent symbol?

Am I just blind or is there no percent symbol on the 9650 to use in texts?

I've never had a 9650.. but I'd assume it's in the same place as the other phones. Hit the SYM button... I don't have my berry going right now, but you may have to hit it twice to get into the second menu

The key combo "sym_p" will get you a quick % sign.

try to copy the symbol and set it up in your custom dictionary.

i mean word substitution. thats what i do. i went on wikepedia and found the symbol.

Best way to set it up in Word Substitute:

Replace:
dg
With:
%b°

Now when you type dg and hit space, the ° symbol falls right behind the #, ie 45°.

*EDIT*- The ° symbol works on Facebook, browser, notes, calander, and tasks but I cannot seem to get it to work in text messages. It always displays a ? Symbol instead.
