OS 6.0.0.706 download problem

I've noticed others with this same problem, but found no recommended resolution. After downloading .706 the "Compose PIN" option from the mail "Compose Other" menu has disappeared. I have pulled the battery numerous times without success.

Yeah. There is no solution right now. It happens to me as well. Some days it shows up and some days it doesn't. I am beginning to wonder if it has to do anything with the theme I use...
