 No internet unless on wi-fi
I have a bb 9650 from Sprint. I am now using on Tmobile. Everything works except the internet will only work when it is on wi-fi. I keep getting a message that says browsing over the celluar network is not included as part of your current service plan. To browse the web you must use wi-fi or contact your service provider. I have spoken with Tmobile several times and they assure me I have a bb data plan. I have EDGE showing in all caps. My TCP IP settings are epc.tmobile.com username and password are blank.
My BB is on version v6.0.0.600 platform 4.4.0.486
I have blackberry desktop manager 6.0 version.
Any ideas?
