New here/ why did my keypad lights quit?

Hello... I'm new here but I have had my 9650 since the first day sprint put it out.. Up untill like 3 days I had absolutly no probs with my bold untill my keyboard lights quit.. Why? Can I fix it? I don't wanna get new bold I love mine. Thanks

Do you have insurance?

If not some of the repair places will replace the keyboard lights for like fifty bucks.

Sounds like a defective device to me. Try taking the battery out for about 1 min while the phone is on. Put it back in and let the blackberry reboot. That fixes most issues. If it doesn't, looks like your headed for a new device!

Yea. That didn't work.. sucks I love this phone guess I'm going to gave to hit up amazon and find another 9650, and spend to much lol
