"New" 9650

Received another 9650 from Verizon since I have had a lot of issues receiving and sending calls and texts. With this new phone none of the shortcuts are working on webbrowser. IE G for go to, T for going to top of page and the same for B. The shortcut fot text message R and F don't work either. Any ideas? All input and display language is in English(US).

There's no way to turn that on or off, so I'd assume a frogged up OS. What did it come installed with?

Nvm, I got the browser shortcuts to work. Still having issues with text message shortcuts. Also, anyone know if there is an outtage in Camden County NJ. Whenever I'm home my phone will not make or receive calls or texts? 2 phone with same issues? I don't think its a phone issues anymore.

Text is the only thing I don't know shortcuts for. Almost never do an SMS.

Can't speak for Jersey, but I'm on 9650 #3 for antenna problems, and this one is going back. Seems unlikely, but.......Ask VZW to do a site survey. If it's only at home, a microcell might be a good solution.
