What happened when you followed all the steps to download and install the TMobile Service Books?

Do you have an active BlackBerry Data Plan from TMobile?

If you don't want a data plan then you will always have problems with data services including on wifi..

you do NOT need a data plan to send MMS. period.

In order to send MMS over a GSM network you must have the correct apn settings.. get the correct apn settings for TMO and insert them im settings>advanced>TC/IP.
