Try a new theme or maybe a give a hybrid os a try.

Perhaps a new app or two will liven things up a bit.

besides using it for what it's worth, what are you looking to get out of it?

I have been bored with my 9650 for quite some time now, and resorted to trying hybrids. They're not what they're hyped up to be

Pick up Vlingo and some games for free over the next month from RIM's "We're Sorry" pitch. I plan to. Get a new case. Spend some time exploring parts of the phone you've never messed with before. Try Wikitude. Join a BBM group or 2. Figure out what's boring you and change it up. I doubt you've tapped your device's full capabilities. I know I haven't.

Download the free app TuneIn Radio and listen to streaming radio free or find an ESPN station and listen to talking heads discuss sports all day.

Or try a new theme.

Or download the free Xprss reader that allows you to read RSS feeds on your phone.

I feel your PAIN . About six(6) months ago I hit the same wall, so I bought a PlayBook, started posting on CB, changed themes and wallpapers, downloaded some apps like BerryWeather along with different icons to enhance my screen. started to really get to know my phone and all the features. All of that worked for me. Along with all of that and the bridge with the PlayBook my enthusiasm returned. If all of the suggestions still doesn't work.......try BBM the are a lot of people out there to communicate and have fun with

I was going to post the same suggestions as rrrebo and Spencerdl regarding using RIM's new "Free 'Apology' Apps" offer to liven up your Bold and also suggest getting a PlayBook. Having a PlayBook has definitely put a new fire under my BlackBerry enthusiasm -- for my current Bold, for BB's new models (9930, anyone?) and definitely for the PlayBook and bridging it to my Bold.

Also, if you're not already doing it -- try experimenting with some new settings. For example, several months ago I accidentally discovered that I could use my keypad as shortcut keys to specific features and I've loved it ever since (I guess it's sort of similar to "QuickLaunch" app). So now when I hit "A" the address book comes up, hit "U" for calculator, "L" for calendar, etc. Things like that can refresh your interest in, and enjoyment and usefulness of, your Bold.

Lots of other good suggestions here as well. Good luck!

I might grab some of those apology apps myself! Especially a few games.
