Link to 9650 OS 6.0.0.700?
Hi folks. I need to go back to OS 6.0.0.700. .719 and .705 just don't work that well on my phone. However, I seem to have deleted it...anyone know where to find it?
Thanks!

You mean 706 oR 707?
Maybe 600? - 07-11-2012, 08:58 PM #6
You can't find it, because it never existed. Between Shane and I, one of us would have remembered it. 706 and 719 are both decent OS, though I'd still be using an OSBB hybrid, were I rocking a 9650 at this time.

Well as I said, .706 is NOT a "decent OS" for me, on my phone. Since I've installed it, the radio barely works. So while I appreciate your opinion and experience, mine is different.
As for .700 never existing, thanks for your help. I'll try .719 again...clearly I'm mistaken about something. - 07-17-2012, 10:31 PM #8
719 was essentially the same radio file. Since you're having bad results, I'd try something in the 600's. I think 691 was the last of them, but I'm old, and my memory is failing me.
Edit - Dang it! The only 600 released was 600, by Sprint.

I must say though, almost without exception the consensus is that 706/719's radio was by far best, but like everything RIM, actual results may vary. If 600 doesn't solve the signal problem, the issue is either your tower or phone's antenna.

Good tips, Wulf! Thanks! If I stay frustrated, I might try a .600...
