Issues syncing BB 9650 with Entourage Calendar

I'm trying to sync calendar items in Entourage residing on my MacBook Pro with calendar items on my BB Bold 9650 and noticed that "Entourage" is no longer offered as a calendar choice with which to sync (I've been a BB and Entourage user for 2 years and this is a new issue - Entourage used to be offered as a choice). I tried to fix by uninstalling Desktop Manager and reinstalling with newest version - no change - problem persists. Calendar items are not syncing between BB and Entourage - any idea how to fix?

I have been using Entourage 2004 and PocketMac sync (older). Version on my Macbookpro and it works fine as long as you have the default calendar set to your main calendar. There is a newer version of Pocketmac for Entourage 2008. I hope this is helpful. I don't use the BB desktop for Mac at all and if I have to update my software I go to my PC partition (Parallels) and or Bootcamp using Windows 7
