I feel the same way...
There is just something about Blackberry that keeps me loyal.
This loyalty stays with me in spite of the problems that RIM has had
with several models of their phones. There is a solid quality that persists
and overcomes these issues.
My phone does everything that I need it to do and more. And, while I admire the
iPhone, I have some very serious issues that really bother me about the way it
is designed. The ports are all proprietary. There is no slot to expand the memory
capacity. Unless I am mistaken, the hard drive in the iPhone is mechanical and
not solid state. <- This one really bugs me in particular. All of these design decisions
are in place for 1 reason only. To maximize profit. How much money does Apple
NEED for heaven sake?
My Blackberry is reliable and produced with quality. I suppose if I played games on
my phone I might feel differently, but since I don't, I can find no reason to change.
I intend to stick with RIM for the foreseeable future.
They had better tighten up though...
