How do I upload a ringtone from Itunes to BB?

I just got upgraded to a BB Bold 9650 that does not have the notifier Chi Gong ring tone that I really want. I managed to find and download it to my Itunes, but now I am stumped as to how to get it uploaded to the BB. Thanks in advance for the help!

No need to use iTunes. Simply email the .mp3 to yourself and save it to your memory card.

If you have the mp3 on your computer do the following

Go to makeownringtone.com.
Clip it to where you want it to start and end and then save it to the computer desktop.
Connect blackberry to computer.
Go through the blackberry files to the ringtone section.
Drag into the ringtone folder from desktop and it will be in your phone.
