Hello.
I have BB Bold Verzion 9650. It is NetworkBlocked. so, i can not enter my unlock code.
In my Country there is no DM3 Unlocking service.
Is there any way to unlock this phone on my own?

even if you 'unlock' your phone, that has nothing to do with your phone being blocked by the network. Unlocking just lets you do things with your phone that your provider had previously prevented you from doing. (basically) Every phone has a built-in, unique identifier called an Electronic Serial Number (ESN). That is what your provider uses to 'network block' your phone.

There are only two reasons why your phone would be 'network blocked'. Either the phone was not originally yours (it was reported stolen), or you got behind in your bill payments and now your service has been suspended.

I have checked it's ESN number and it is clean.

I concur with the above poster. I'm not sure unlocking the phone would render it usable. Unless Verizon is simply blocking your ability to unlock it, in which case that is a matter better taken up with them.

Yes. I want to mail them my ESN number and ask to reset a mep counter and an unlock code. I think it is VERY doubtful, but is worth trying. I could not find their email address, can you provide me with one?

Is there anything, that will help me reset a mep counter? like flashing and so on...

I'm not able to find a direct email. But this should be something you could accomplish, if indeed it CAN be done, by calling their customer care department

I really don't think its a BlackBerry software problem. Its an issue on Verizon's end and should be taken up with them.

You will not be able to unblock a "Network Blocked" device. Only the original person who caused it to be blocked can resolve the issue.
