Default Help! I can't respond to emails!

I love my Bold!

However, whenever I try to respond to email, the recipient gets about 3 pages of gibberish. I can send emails without a problem.

I've just been sending new emails instead of responding. However, this is getting tiring.

VZW tech at store has no clue; they're sending me another phone.

Any ideas?

How long have you had your 9650? How long has this problem been going on? What have you done to try to fix it? What OS do you have? How much free memory do you have?

I've had the Bold for over a year. I can't pinpoint when it started, but it's been happening for several months. I've spoken to VZW store tech and customer service. They've ordered another phone, but now I'm having difficulty backing up; I'm getting the "Handheld Loader Application Failure" message. I've deleted and downloaded new BB desktop and am getting same message. OS v6.0.0.524 203.3MB Free Space

May be a corrupt email or email cod (there are about 5 email cods). Back up with desktop manager & backup 3rd party apps with BBSAK. Wipe your device & reload you OS. Restore all settings & 3rd party apps. If this doesn't fix it, do it again & don't restore emails. Good luck.

I have just recently experienced email problems as well with one email account. The emails say unknown receipient instead of the name of the person sending the email, also their is symbols next to the unknown name. My other email account come in fine. Its just my Blackberry email account that does this. When I try to respond to the email I get an error message that the email won't send .Any suggestions you can offer would be great. Thanks

I suggest using a different email provider, such as GMail. I have never used the BB provided email address, because if you switch providers, your email is gone. You also cannot check that email on a computer if BIS goes down, which history tells us that it does.

Have you tried to delete that email account and then adding it again? Might work...
