Your 9650 may be saving your photos to phone memory and has ran out of memory. Could this be the case?

Go into the camera and go to options and change the file save destination to your memory card and not the device.

You probably still have photos on the phone memory. When you get some time you should move those to the SD card as well. When you look at your pics in thumbnail view, open the menu and choose Move to Folder...

Hi, I have this problem as well but when I go to Camera Options and then down to Store Pictures it says 'On Device' in grey so I can't change it. My blackberry has been fine since today and all of a sudden I went to look at my pictures and they were gone, with the message '6 pictures remaining' telling me I don't have any storage space. But there is nothing on my phone! I synced all of my pictures and videos and everything to my laptop so how can I be using any space! Please help me, it's driving me mad. I have a blackberry bold 9780

Do you have an SD card in your phone? If so, what size is it?

I'm having the same message appear whenever I open my camera, however, I have mine set to go to the memory card. I only had about 20 photos saved on there to begin with, and have deleted all but 11. I've also changed the size to the smallest setting, but still getting the message occassionaly. what's going on??? Is some other program, browser, something saving to my memory card and I just dont know it?

Have the same problem on my Bold 9700.

I have 4GB SD card but my corporate policy disabled the use of SD card and can not use the card for anything. I have deleted all photos from phone and have 80MB app memory free.

When I downgraded to 5.0, the camera works fine. This problem seems to be only on 6.0.

    Any help is appreciated.
