    Default Fixyourberry.com?

Who's used fixyourberry.com? Please share past experiences or what you've heard. I just mailed my Bold to them today to see if they could fix it.

    Thanks!

I was wondering the same thing since when I receive my replacement keyboard, I'm planning on going to them for instalation. I rather have a pro work on my phone rather than messing with it myself.

    Thumbs down Fixyourberry.com - BLAH!

My recommendation after being there on vaca and using them, you need to beware. There are many other reputable places you can go to that have been in business for longer, just google blackberry repair. I did my research after the fact - and at that time I was a curve user that unknowingly bought a fake TB/ring. Not only was I told I was being sold OEM but I was also quoted a higher price than their website. If you are like me - I don't believe in warranty because I don't want a refurb SO of course I opt to fix my baby. Being on vaca, you sometimes have to take desperate measures, this is the time you usually get screwed! Peace.

My experience with them reflects nothing of this nature.

    Thumbs up The best!!!

CEO's son cracked his Bold 9900 screen. Asurion insurance replaces with refurbished crap. Lo and behold, fixyourberry.com. Tony responded to my email in less than 30 min. confirming they had a replacement screen in stock and that walk-in service was available. I took my bosses phone in first thing Monday. It was $99+tax. I was in and out in 30 min! They were polite, prompt, and professional. Exactly what we needed.

My brother used them, he says they were good but a little expensive.
