I use outlook web access for linking to my work email.
It started by saying needed to validate my email.
I have tried and still wouldn't take. I'm a IT Support Coordinator so I know I had my email and pw correct.
Called Support they had me delete and try to Re-Add my account.
Still can't get by invalid account.
I think it is this same issue something isn't working right!
hmmm. went to verizon bis website and had the "revalidate" icons next to my gmail accounts. although revalidating did nothing. so i went to setup > email settings on the phone and resent service books that way. email is working again.
I also could not send email's on Thursday. I could receive them.....but not send them. I am in Stow, Ohio. A few hours later on Thursday evening I was then able to send my email's. Everything working OK (sending and receiving) for today....Friday. Thank goodness!!
