Default e mails not going out

they come in but cant go out.. i get a X on the e mail telling be it did not go through..i resent the service books but still have the problem..

Try logging into BIS from a PC and see what problems may be lurking there. For VZW it is vzw.blackberry.com. Log in using your BIS login & password. Good Luck!
