Dead screen?

Is there a way I can fix? I tried taking apart and resetting the connections.

Is this a new phone? From your carrier? Or was it purchased from another user? If it's a hardware problem, I think you will have to take it in to your carrier service center. Is that not an option?

I'm not the type to actually pull apart the phone, but did you search youtube to see if there are any vids? They might help you if there are.

It's not a new phone from the carrier, it's a reused phone from another user in the company. The phone was in working order but one day this just came up. The phone is in working order, I can make and receive calls but I just can't see who's calling or see anything plainly. Thus no text messages or e-mails or BBMs.
