Hello,

I have Consumer Cellular. a Low Budget service. I like the bold 9650.
can anyone tell me that if this phone is unlocked that it will work with
this cell company. from what I've read it's piggybacked on ATT but
I don't know if it's configured to operate this service within the ATT network.
I've spoke with Con/Cell, they informed me it will not work but I've understood that
ANY unlocked phone would work with ANY service.
I assume they told me no because they only offer 6 different phones & that's it.
and a Blackberry is not one of them.
can anyone help ??

You may be able to use the phone to make calls and send texts, however to use data functions you will need a Blackberry Data Plan (rather than a standard carrier data plan) which by the sounds of it they do not offer.
