Can't send or receive picture messages on my unlocked Bold 9650

I recently started using an unlocked verizon bold 9650 with my AT&T service, and ever since switching to it I have been unable to send or receive picture messages. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this?

tried to do this and accidentally deleted net_rim_bb_browser.cod. Is there any way to reverse this?

phone will not go past the reboot screen, and white bar is almost full...

Reload the OS:

Take out the battery of your device.

Open BB Desktop Software

Connect phone with no battery to pc

Click on Update

Allow the OS to download and install

Insert battery when it says waiting for initialization.

Let install to complete

Phone will reboot.

okay, I did that. now the option to send a picture does not come up. For example, if I go to a picture it will say send by e-mail or bluetooth.

Did you manually load the AT&T Service Books?
Do you have a BLACKBERRY Data Plan?

I do have a blackberry data plan, because I had a torch before this. And i'm not sure of how to load the ATT Service books.. could you give me step by step directions? Please and thank you!

When I go to enter the device password to get into it it keeps saying phone not connected or password incorrect, but neither is true. I checked the USB port to make sure it's working and it is. Can you think of why it wouldn't work? Should I just forget this phone and use something else?

Same thing happen to me. Unlplug and replug. And reload OS again. Second time work for me.

I'm having the same problem with not receiving pictures. But I'm with Tmobile. How do i get tmobile service books?

Or try not entering in a password at all.

I had a hard time figuring out what to download? Was about to give up until i finally found the .zip file on the bottom.
