Can't remove/add mailbox (Running on BES)
Hey everyone.
I'm using a BB 9650 on BES 4.x at work. The enterprise e-mail is working without a problem. However, about a month ago I added my personal yahoo e-mail as another message mailbox to my phone. All was working well without problems. However, one day I decided that I wanted to wipe my phone using JL_CMDER and re-install everything from fresh because my phone kept acting goofy. After doing this, I ran enterprise activation as usual. Everything appeared to sync over normally without issues and I went to open up my mailbox and proceeded to add my yahoo mailbox since it wasn't coming up.
Under the email account management option under the message options, I was asked to re-enter my yahoo credentials for account activation so I did. This is where my problem is. After entering my credentials, it says "processing" for about a minute and ends with "Sorry, unable to continue your session. Please log in again."
I made sure to enter my password correctly and I have full signal and data. I do not know why this is not working anymore. I deleted the service books for the yahoo mailbox and wiped / re-activated but the problem still occurs. I checked on the BES and it says that I still have 2 mailboxes connected to my account.
Anyone know of a solution to this problem or how to remove a mailbox from a BES user?
Thanks in advance,
Konrad
