    Default Can't move icon

    I could use some help. I had enterprise IM downloaded to my 9650 and can find the icon with search. But can not move the icon to ALL or FAVORITES. The icon works, The display does not show me where the app is. ??? How can I get this app to show up on my ALL desktop?

    Be sure "Show All Icons" is selected in optipns from the homescreen when you press the bb menu button.
