| |  Bold 9650 unlock problem, help please!
I sold my phone to someone who is in venezuela. He was able to unlock the phone with the code but says that the data does not work. What could be causing this? He says he has a blackberry data plan through Movistar over there...
Any ideas of what could be causing this?

Buyer is absolutely sure that he has the correct BIS/BES data plan through his provider?

I have no idea what he has. Our only communication is through email and he speaks very little English :/
What would be the correct way of asking him that question?

Also, if his carrier does not support that device, he might not be able to get the proper Service Books and the data features will not work without the proper Service Books.
