bold 9650 driver problems
For about a month now i have been trying to connect my blackberry bold 9650 to my computer without successful. Each time there is a pop up on the PC that reads " device driver installation was unsuccessful". have tried every thing I have thought of. I am really hoping there is someone on here that can assist me, as it would help to solve my troubles

Do you have the current version of Desktop Manager installed on your PC? It will have all the proper drivers for your BB.
