Blackberry bold 9650 got wet :(

My blackberry bold for sprint got wet yesterday when it fell on very dirty water/oil in the car dealership I work at. The phone was wet for about 10 seconds, and the battery didn't get wet at all. My co-worker made the mistake of turning the phone back on after it dried. It went on than I took the battery off to dry it. I dried the phone right away, and gave it a couple of hours on rice, and I noticed the phone screen wasn't misty. I put the phone back on and it showed a blue light, which i don't know what it is, and nothing with the screen showed. I placed the phone back to the rice overnight and now it won't turn on.

I don't have insurance anymore, and I need the phone for work. What does the blue light means and should i do?

Fairly cheap and excellent condition.

If you don't feel up to repairing the phone, you can always sell it for spares
