Default BlackBerry 9650x -- Lost Service Books

    Hello CB community!

I am a new user as I normally have the knowledge to solve the majority of the problems I can conjure for myself... HOWEVER! I am at a total and utter loss.

Firstly I would like to say that YES I'm aware that there is a search function and that YES I have used it; to no avail! So, here it goes:

I have a BlackBerry Bold 9650x (Prototype or research device? I'm not sure.) It's an unlocked Verizon phone.
    I am under Rogers Wireless.
As of last week, sending/receiving MMS picture/video messages worked.
As of today, not only does it not work, but I do not have the MMS Service Books.

I cannot have Rogers forward the SB to me as 9650x is not a phone model carried by ANY COMPANY as far as I'm aware. I spoke to Rogers Live Agents to try and work around that to get "Generic" books if they are even in existence and they told me that my phone was not supported... buggers found me out.

So, does anyone have any ideas as to how I can restore the service books on my BlackBerry Bold 9650x? I have gone to options/advanced options/Host Routing Table/Register now. I have done SEVERAL battery pulls. I've pulled my SIM card and as I previously mentioned I spoke to live agents.

Please help! Cheers and thank you in advance.

    Welcome to CrackBerry!

It's a pre-release 9650, though I'm not sure Rogers ever carried that model. If you have a backup from when it was working, open Desktop, Restore, select the good backup, Selective and check off the Service Book then load it.

Rogers has never carried this model to my knowledge. I don't have a backup as my computer is newly reformatted D:

No one knows a way to get back the Rogers, or any MMS Service Books that are compatible with a Verizon 9650x Unlocked D:?

Just go to the BIS site for Rogers, register, and send the "generic" books. It WILL work if you have Rogers' Blackberry Plan.

I do not have an actual data plan/email plan with Rogers and as such I do not have access to BIS. The Rogers employee that I spoke to online also tried to get me to sign into BIS but to no avail.

Thank you for the post, though.
