I did a security device wipe on my Blackberry 9650. Everything was normal until the phone turned itself off, that I figured was for it to restart. Standard procedure. Well the phone never turned on. No red light, nothing. My battery was charged but I went and tried two different batteries with no luck. I have tried connecting it to the charger without the battery and putting the battery to see if the red light turns on but again nothing occurs. The phone is totally dead. I have played around with BB's for long time and I know how to recover a brick device but this one doesn't respond at all. Any suggestions? thank you!

I found some methods to jump start the blackberry like leaving it connected to the outlet without the battery. I remember seeing on a website about maybe a small black component on the motherboard needing to be replaced. I cant seem to remember the page since my phones browser cache automatically clears. Does anyone have an idea of what I am talking about?
