Default BB keeps rebooting itself...

Everytime i set down my BB it reboots. in an hour it has happened 7 times. i chat with sprint guy and all he suggests is turn off your phone (as if it hasnt been off enough) so that he can refresh servers WTF!

than he tells me well go into sprint store. I tell him i cant i'm 9 months prego i'm due in 2 weeks. He tells me call this #.... hope your issue is resolved

i was like, "ok. i will. Yes i hope so too kause i have no transportation (my bf has our car) and i need a reliable phone incase i need to call 911 or something."

he replies with, "thank you have a great day."

Don't know which OS you're running Duchess, or what apps you've installed lately, but the first thing I'd try is removing the SD card.

Another thing that has sometimes caused reboots when the device is set down is loose battery. You can try putting a business card inside your battery door.

I was going to say the same thing. Before I got the seidio ext I had about 6 layers or electrical tape on the inner part of my battery door.

Same battery and door no matter how many times you get a replacement. Lol. I didn't mean the tape was holding the door on, I meant the tape was just put on the inside of the door to create less wiggle room for the battery.
