BB Bold 9650 Restarting Randomly

hi,

my bb keep restarting randomly and i have no clue what the cause is. if anone has had this same problem and has a fix please help!

Hey, you can probably try reloading/upgrading the OS (operating system) on your handset and see if that solves the problem...Afterward, it may be a hardware issue

one possibility is the battery is losing contact. you might clean the battery contacts, carefully. and make sure the battery fits snugly. if you see any play then you'll want to shim it to tighten it up. fold something thin like a part of a playing card and wedge at the top, etc.

if thd battery is tight and not an issue, then you will want to back up, security wipe, and reinstall the OS.

It is the battery for sure. I have had the same problem. Pick one up off of ebay for cheap but I would recommend not buying the cheap batteries from China
