Default 9650 won't connect to computer.

Just received my replacement from Verizon and as I just to sync it with desktop manage but my computer won't connect to the phone at all.....Any ideas?

Kinda starting simple, but have you tried rebooting both the phone and PC, and does the original phone connect?
